1. Scope & Liability

The Contract of Service is made between Shoeshoe Tiitinen Ltd t/a Beyond Borders Travel ("The Provider") and the introducing travel agent, tour operator, concierge service, company, or individual requesting travel services ("The Client").

The Client is in all cases liable for payment to The Provider of all monies due in relation to these services. If, in exceptional circumstances, The Provider agrees payment may be made directly by the travelling passenger(s) or their appointees for any part or in full, this does not in any way relieve The Client under this Agreement, and both parties shall be held jointly and severally liable.

The Provider acts primarily as an agent and intermediary for airlines, accommodation providers, ground operators, and other third-party travel suppliers used in connection with the travel itinerary. It is the responsibility of The Client to comply with any relevant Package Travel Regulations, consumer protection laws, or retail travel regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

2. Payment Policy

The booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Payment of a deposit constitutes direct acceptance of these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure arrangements, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Payment is due by Bank Telegraphic Transfer into the bank account specified on the invoice for services.

If, in exceptional circumstances, The Provider allows payment by Credit Card, Charge Card, or Debit Card for part or all of the invoice amount which is subsequently dishonoured or recalled for any reason by the card provider, this does not relieve liability for full payment by The Client or travelling passenger.

Services will only be provided by The Provider upon receipt of full payment of all invoices relating to the itinerary.

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled, cancellation charges will be determined by the relevant suppliers and may be up to 100 percent of the total booking value.

Cancellation of any booking must be made in writing. Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification.

Any professional planning, itinerary design, consultation, or administrative service fees charged by The Provider are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Should the passenger(s) fail to join a tour, excursion, transfer, or safari, or join after departure, or leave prior to completion, no refund can be made.

Any exceptions granted to this cancellation policy must be confirmed in writing by The Provider and will not alter the overall Terms & Conditions of the agreement.

4. Compulsory Insurance

The Client has a responsibility to ensure travelling passenger(s) take out adequate travel insurance upon confirmation of the trip. Confirmation of this insurance must be submitted to The Provider upon request.

The compulsory insurance must include, but is not limited to:
