Beyond Borders Travel is a fully accredited and licensed travel company, holding all permits necessary to conduct business as a Travel Agency

Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and any other travel documents or requirements are valid and up to date for their journey. Beyond Borders Travel can provide guidance, but compliance remains the traveller’s responsibility.

Changes to Itineraries
In some cases, it may be necessary to adjust routes, accommodation, transport, or services due to operational or external circumstances. When this happens, we will provide alternatives of the same standard and value wherever possible.

Payment Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A non-refundable deposit will be specified at the time of booking.

If no other arrangement has been made, a 15% non-refundable deposit is due once services are confirmed.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 30 days before departure.

Payments made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay incur a 3.5% surcharge, which must be added to the total payable.

If paying by bank transfer, please ensure your bank fees are covered so that the full invoiced amount is received by Beyond Borders Travel.

Cancellation Policy

From the time of booking: 15% of the total cost

90 – 76 days before travel: 20% of the total cost

75 – 61 days before travel: 25% of the total cost

60 – 46 days before travel: 65% of the total cost

45 days or fewer before travel: 90% of the total cost

No-show: 100% of the total cost

For group bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 45 days before arrival, unless otherwise advised for high-demand properties.

Force Majeure
Beyond Borders Travel cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, delay, or change to travel arrangements caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, acts of terrorism, strikes, political unrest, or decisions made by local authorities. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the individual hotels, airlines, and service providers involved. Where possible, Beyond Borders Travel will assist in making alternative arrangements, but any additional costs will be the responsibility of the traveller.

Travel Insurance
Beyond Borders Travel does not provide insurance advice or endorse any particular policy. Each traveller is responsible for reviewing their own needs and securing appropriate coverage, including medical expenses, trip interruption or cancellation, baggage, and personal liability.

We strongly recommend arranging cover as soon as your booking is confirmed, as many policies provide benefits for pre-departure cancellation.

Liability
Beyond Borders Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. We make arrangements in good faith, but we do not own or operate these services and cannot be held responsible for their acts or omissions.

Our liability is limited to the value of the travel services booked with us and does not extend to loss, damage, accident, delay, injury, or irregularity caused by third parties or by circumstances beyond our control. Travellers are strongly advised to carry comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such risks.

Acceptance of Terms

By instructing Beyond Borders Travel to make bookings on your behalf, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect once payment is made against an invoice issued by Beyond Borders Travel. Payment will be deemed as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, without the need for a signature.

Any amendments or variations to these Terms must be expressly agreed in writing by Beyond Borders Travel (email confirmation is sufficient).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
